Midewivan Sacred Tobacco Plant Growth

At four weeks the Midewivan Sacred tobacco plants have been thinned with some moved to three inch pots and some left in the original seeding bed.

At this point one may ask, what's with the container, well, that's for hydroponics. Another thing that I have learned is that tobacco plants seem to respond very well to hydroponics and this helps offset the planting space issue.

Notice, though, that the moved plants are leaning a bit and don't appear very sturdy. This illustrates the point that these plants are fast at growing tall and are top heavy. I would not be opposed to adding a support system for this variety. Midewivan Sacred is tall and beautiful, but from my experience, I would be interested to know how these plants stand up to wind and other environmental factors.
